College
was supposed to be the hard part. Five recent graduates find out that
starting adult life isn't any easier, as they struggle to find careers,
fulfillment, and stability in the face of looming student loan debt. A
comedic story about the difficult transition from college to adulthood,
The Age of Fiberglass is an exploration of the value of education, work,
and success in a changing world where old definitions and traditional
paths no longer seem to apply. As the graduates struggle to understand
their new reality, they turn to some unlikely methods of making money
and attempt to participate in a system with no place for them. The play
is a Limelight original production written by Brian Brems.
