This fall we are excited to announce an expanded selection of class offerings. These classes and workshops are now outlined in age based tracks to help participants know what opportunities there are for them. We are also offering classes on new days and times. Be sure to check out the current offerings available on the Oswegoland Park District website.
Act I: Ages 5-8
Classes focus on learning basic skills in performing and storytelling, while fostering imagination and creativity.
Act II: Ages 8-11
Classes build on basic skills to enhance individual abilities and promote cooperation and creative ensemble work.
Act III: Ages 11-13
Classes continue to hone skills, in a cooperative environment with their peers. Additional class offerings include more components of theater arts like writing and tech.
Act IV: Ages 13 & up
Classes are geared toward more experienced participants looking to hone specific skills, diversify their knowledge base across different disciplines, and try something new.
Act V: Ages 18 & up
Classes are geared toward mature participants of all skill levels.
Some classes are open to more than one age group, to allow individuals of different ages and experience levels to work together and learn from each other. Others are specifically designed for that age group to work closely with their peers.
The new courses include classes and workshops in acting, writing, tech, directing, improve, design, auditioning, and more!
Is there something specific that you would like to learn more about? Let us know! We welcome suggestions!
