We are excited to revisit both of our favorite holiday radio plays this season. The same cast of actors have the opportunity to inhabit characters in Bedford Falls and 1920’s New York in It’s a Wonderful Life and an original radio play version of the holiday classic, A Christmas Carol, based on the novel by Charles Dickens.
At the Little White School in downtown Oswego.
Tickets are $8 for Adults and $6 for Students/Seniors and will be available online or at the door. Tickets are $2 more at the door.
A Christmas Carol
Ebenezer Scrooge is a cynical old curmudgeon with little patience for holiday cheer all around him during the Christmas season. After a Christmas Eve visit from several ghosts, Scrooge must confront his own beliefs and isolationism, and discover for himself the true mean of the holidays.
Performances: December 1 & 14 at 7pm and December 15 at 2pm
It’s a Wonderful Life
It’s a Wonderful Life examines the life of George Bailey, the unsung, beloved hero of Bedford Falls. Set as a 1940’s radio drama, the story comes alive via an ensemble of ‘radio actors’ who will vocally portray multiple characters and a talented team of foley artists who will create stunning sounds effects live.
Performances: December 1 at 2pm and December 13 & 15 at 7pm
